Today, my mom had her endoscopy to see if her stomach problems were due to an ulcer. Well, the double edged sword.... she does not have an ulcer, which is good.. but the other side, which also should be a good thing, but unfortunately, she can control her stomach issues by eating correctly and exercising. She will continue NOT to have any interest in doing this to make herself feel better.
We also found out, via text message, that the wheels are turning for Joe's discharge. He has stated that the plans have changed.. so we REALLY do not know which way he is going to choose.
He has also asked if I could drive him to wherever he is deciding to go. I have asked that he lets me know as soon as he can, so if I have to, I can try to switch shifts at work.
I am going to take the train to the hospital tomorrow, so we will definitely get to iron out the plan then.
