I do not mean to sound selfish but this holiday weekend, it has been just us. Literally, just the four of us. It has been a nice change, running and squeezing in the errands we want to run in a sane fashion.
Today we did some light Black Friday shopping, starting at 9am. We were able to get all the things the girls wanted, and no craziness surrounded us. Got back in time for the girls to catch up with friends and I got to go to my tatting group and catch up with them.
Tomorrow, we are hoping to go and see THE new MUPPET MOVIE! I always LOVED the Muppets and it would be a fun thing to continue to share.
Sunday, I am taking Rachel back to school, so I may touch base with Mom and Dad, or Joe, if he wants help with the speaking device. For some reason, I am not thinking it is going well. (but will ask if he wants me to come so we can tackle it together)
Just had leftovers tonight... guess I will have to plan a real dinner for tomorrow. LOL
